We're seeking a UX Researcher to work across HeliosX brands. We don't expect you to be an expert practitioner yet, but you should have foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting UX research using different methods, translating findings into actionable insights and be eager to grow your skills and craft as a UXR.
Your role will involve delivering both tactical and strategic research that informs decisions throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with the Head of UX Research, product designers and product managers to identify research needs, plan and conduct end-to-end research, collaborate with XFNs to create engaging experiences and use insights to shape our product strategy. Your solutions will support brands that help thousands of people every day.
