About the role and the team

We’re launching our new drone delivery hardware and software to partners in the medical, retail and food industries this year. Within Zipline, the Customer Platform team designs the experiences at the heart of the service.

We’re a friendly, nimble and hardworking team, encompassing designers, engineers and product managers, often collaborating with our partners in sales, go to market and hardware.

We’re looking for a UX Research Intern to help us better understand our customers, and gain valuable insights on how our current and upcoming products resonate with them.
