UX Designer

Job Description:

• Lead design for end-to-end digital experiences related to checkout, onboarding, and customer retention.
• Design for responsive websites and native iOS and Android devices.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to develop the best strategy while working with various stakeholders across the business.
• Lead design reviews and provide feedback to peers.
• Review QA developed software and provide detailed feedback on why certain designs succeed or fail.
• Mentor junior designers.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Human Computer Interaction, Design, Architecture, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• Must have 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
• Must have 3 years of experience in designing and maintaining a Design System; Figma or Sketch; understanding and applying accessibility standards to design; conducting peer design reviews; designing for iOS, Android or Responsive web; mentoring junior designers; and working on multiple initiatives at once.
• Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum: $211,000.00

Maximum: $249,700.00
