The Opportunity

OnBuy is growing and we’re now looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. We are ambitious and want to deliver at pace. This role is suitable to someone able to deliver MVP that follows a roadmap to final concept. We are on a mission to make OnBuy customers marketplace of choice. We’re also planning our international expansion, so there’s no better time to join us!

The role:

As Senior UX/UI Designer with OnBuy, you will be responsible for:

• Creating meaningful and intuitive user experiences by understanding customer insights, business requirements and technical constraints
• Delivering MVP that follows a roadmap to final concept
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and other colleagues
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes

Requirements

To be successful, we would expect you to have:

• Experience working in an UX role within a startup or agency environment is essential
• Experience in aligning teams to a solution, ability to control presentations and meetings, ensuring decisions are made and outputs clearly captured
• Must be a self-starter, able to manage their own time and workload
• Confident in their grasp of great ecommerce UX
• Adaptable to changes in scope and requirements
• You are a starter finisher, staying motivated to see projects through to completion

SALARY: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
