Senior User Researcher

Summary:

At Feeld, we are creating a world where where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. You will be responsible for working alongside the Lead User Researcher to champion and elevate their voice in all aspects of Feeld’s product development, brand and marketing initiatives.

To be right for this role, you should have:

  • Min 5 years experience as a Senior User Researcher
  • First-hand experience in designing and delivering foundational and tactical research initiatives
  • Strong qualitative skills and ability to deliver best-in-class interviews and usability testing
  • Confident and comfortable running quantitative projects (e.g. surveys, quantitive usability testing)
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex research findings clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in remote and asynchronous work settings, underscoring a self-motivated and proactive work ethic

What you will do:

  • Work with the User Research Lead to shape design practices and processes while representing the voice of our members across the business. Work across several product teams to identify and prioritise research initiatives.
  • Be responsible for establishing and delivering a Continuous Research framework that runs parallel to product sprints.
  • Oversee survey design and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with data teams to identify where research can have the most impact and where we can collaborate on larger mixed methods initiatives.
  • Transform research findings into clear and actionable insights.
  • Help establish Research Operations to ensure best-in-class ethical research practices.

About you:

  • You are highly skilled in a range of qualitative and quantitive research methods
  • You clearly understand the entire product development life cycle and have delivered foundational and tactical research.
  • You are used to embedding with cross-functional teams in an app environment
  • You can provide compelling research findings and crystal clear, actionable insights at pace
  • You are highly skilled at getting participants to open up even when the subject matter is sensitive and personal

Bonus points:

  • You have prior experience in carrying out research related to sensitive and personal topics
  • You have set up or delivered research within a Continuous Research framework
  • You go wild for Research Operations and have previous experience setting up Opps and process flows

Estimated compensation for this role:

The total cash compensation for this role is dependent on Level and Step, as well as geographic location, but we estimate that the competitive market compensation for this role is between €110,000 - €135,000 EUR based on the requirements listed in this job description.

Our interview process:

Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.

Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.

The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.

Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.

We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.

Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
