This is a unique opportunity where the things you create will have a genuine, positive impact on workers globally.Culture Amp is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us on our mission to positively impact the world of work by creating as many culture-first companies as possible through accessible people analytics. Not only is design seen as a critical part of Culture Amp’s success, it’s integral to all of our product teams, and at every level of leadership through the organisation.
This role will be looking at how we can build user experiences in the flow of work. How might we bring Culture Amp experiences and insights to the users where they are? It will explore and design Slack and Microsoft Teams experiences that connect with all parts of the Culture Amp platform.
Designers are embedded in a cross-functional team unlocking new ways to make a better world of work, through customer-facing product innovations. Our products draw on a diverse range of knowledge and input – from people science and behavioural psychology, to data science and machine learning.
