Transactions take place between corporations and project developers at the source, without any middlemen or hidden fees. CEEZER achieves this by providing scientific quality and pricing insights that help buyers and sellers interact, while allowing to monitor credits in a balanced, high-quality portfolio.

We at CEEZER seek a highly motivated Senior Product Designer (f/d/m). You’ll work closely with our experienced product & tech teams and various business stakeholders in a fast-moving and VC-funded startup and on many exciting aspects of our product & business.

YOUR TASKS

You are leading design projects to expand and improve our successful climate action platform. You will achieve this by:

• Taking ownership of the product design process, from discovery to implementation
• Working closely with the product & tech teams, and business stakeholders from the organization, to transform complex and abstract challenges into concise and tangible solutions across different problem spaces (supply, demand, core)
• Applying human-centered design methodologies to ensure customer-centricity in product teams and stakeholders (conducting user interviews, workshops, brainstorming, design strategy, etc.)
• Ensuring a consistent design language and user experience across the product by shaping our design culture (design guild, frontend guild, design system, design operations, etc.)
• Supporting & managing other design-related activities such as content marketing, social media, and exhibitions/fairs

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 5+ years of experience in modern product design techniques (discovery, strategy, delivery), ideally B2B SaaS or marketplace environments
• Great holistic understanding of product thinking, storytelling, and design craft
• Ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with your colleagues (and partners), both local and remote
• Demonstrate effective and concise communication when presenting your vision, strategy, and decisions
• Ability to figure out elegant solutions to complex problems by designing systems rather than island solutions
• Attention to detail – making sure that the product has a great and coherent user experience for all stakeholders
• Self-starter and autonomous, prioritizing and executing projects with quality outcomes if you feel you belong to CEEZER, but can't tick all these boxes, please reach out either way!
