GlassFlow is an early stage VC backed startup from Berlin founded by data experts with decades of experience. GlassFlow is building a category defining infrastructure product from ground up and are supported by world class tech angels like Heikki Nousiainen (CTO Aiven), Thomas Dohmke (CEO GitHub), Sergei Sokolenko (ex Snowflake, Google).
As the first design hire, you'll get to lay the design foundations of GlassFlow. As a product/UX designer you will be bringing the voice of the user to life in product and design by conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes. Your design decisions will directly impact the user experience and overall success of GlassFlow.
You will collaborate directly with our CTO and engineering team and work closely with our lead frontend engineer. You will join a small team solving challenging problems in the field of Data engineering and building a product that will be used by developers across the world.
