As a Product Designer at Tive you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and overall success of our products.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2 to 5 years of experience designing and shipping software products
• Experience translating insights and conversations with customers into design decisions
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating complex, interactive designs
• Experience supporting end to end product development, from problem definition to scaling product adoption post launch
• Ability to clearly articulate your reasoning behind design decisions
• Experience working closely with engineers, including communication, understanding platform limitations, and asset production
• Proficient in Figma

Nice to have:

• Degree in design, engineering or related field
• Experience in designing analytics dashboards for B2B platforms is highly desirable
• Experience working with distributed teams in multiple timezones

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing new products and workflows within our software platform. You will have a large role in some of our analytics products.
• Bring new ideas to life from sketching and wireframes, through to high-fidelity prototypes, final designs, and asset production
• Iterate on existing designs to consistently improve the user experiences and design
• Work closely with product and engineering to formulate hypotheses, validate ideas and iterate
• Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to find simpler ways to meet the needs of our users and business
• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
• Build cohesive, cross-platform design patterns that communicate our brand
