Product Designer

USA - Remote

Responsibilities:

Designing elegant user interfaces and interactions that solve the complex problems of our customers while balancing the needs of the business; Collaborating with product management, designers, engineers, and our customers to sketch, wireframe, and prototype visual solutions from ideation to production; Building on our lean design process and design system in collaboration with front-end developers, as well as owning, articulating, and evangelizing design choices with user research, data, and heuristics. Fully remote position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 2 years of experience as a product designer;
• 2 years of experience building digital software;
• 2 years of experience in design thinking;
• 2 years of experience in user research;
• 2 years of experience in user interface design;
• 2 years of experience in user experience design; and
• 2 years of experience in project management.
• Must successfully complete competency-based interview.
• Fully remote position.

Expected salary: $140,000 to $150,000, subject to individual qualification and commensurate with experience.
