Education and Experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field and 1 year of experience in product design.

Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of the innovative design process, with at least 1 year of experience problem solving in an enterprise environment.
1 year of experience collaborating with software engineers and product managers with at least 2 successfully implemented projects that involved complex data handling.
Demonstrated ability to lead design thinking sessions with software engineers and product managers, as evidenced by at least 1 year of experience collaborating on solutions that span across mobile and web interfaces.
1 year of experience analyzing operational processes and service design, focusing on improving software interfaces as well as human factors.
