YOUR MISSION

• You produce creative, user-centric, easy-to-use wireframes, user flows, and supporting documentation for our Customer App and automised Smart Assistant.
• You deliver design mockups, prototyping, production of visual assets and required documentation for proper implementation.
• You are an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company.
• You continuously strive to improve the user experience, conduct user interviews and work closely and communicate openly with engineers and the product team.
• You execute designs and conceptual tasks as assigned with significant attention to detail.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have extensive experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer or any other UI/UX-related role (3+ years of experience).
• You have advanced proficiency in design software such as Figma, Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite and more.
• You are up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, technologies, and design psychology.
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams but are also able to work independently.
• You have excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to brand-based product design.
• You have excellent time-management skills.
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required).
