About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer who will help us to elevate the product design of our Datarade product. You’ll own the complete product design process, including user research, UX design, UI design, user testing, and product analytics for Datarade. Together with an independent, cross-functional team including Product, Tech, Marketing, and Account Management, you’ll ensure success of our Datarade product.
The start date is January 2025, work location is Berlin, base salary starts at €63K gross/annum (based on experience).
What You Will Do:
- Discovery: Understand needs and pain points by speaking directly with users, collaborate with with Product, and use qualitative and quantitative data to build high-fidelity prototypes and designs.
- Delivery: You closely collaborate with Tech in order to ensure that your designs are feasible to be implemented efficiently. Participate in regular design reviews, seek specific feedback, and incorporate it into your work.
- Adoption: You define UX concepts and make suggestions for copies that make it easy for users to find and adopt new features. Additionally, you track adoption with data.
- Definition: You, in close alignment with our Design and Marketing team, shape the future brand and design language for Datarade. Contribute to the design system by building new components or adapting existing ones to fit a broader range of use cases.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3+ years experience and proven track record as a Product Designer, within a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with B2B or B2C Marketplaces, Ecommerce companies, or similar
- A clear, strong portfolio of product design case studies
- Super strong UX design skills and a quick grasp of complex, technical concepts
- Strong UI design and prototyping skills with Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Framer
- Experience designing for desktop applications, ensuring seamless experiences for users
- Experience in preparing and running user test / interviews
- Ability to embrace continuous learning and adapt to new challenges as part of a team
- Full business fluency in English (verbal and written)
Bonus qualification:
- Webflow skills to help us improve our company and product websites
- Ability to code and develop web front-ends
