About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Designer to help us shape the future of R&D by creating intuitive, engaging, and innovative user experiences for the Cypris platform. You will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that meet the needs of our diverse user base and helping us revolutionize the way companies leverage data and insights to drive innovation.

In This Role You Will:

  • Design of user interfaces and experiences across our product, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand
  • Work closely with our engineering team to understand project requirements and user needs, translating them into effective design solutions
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user pain points and inform design decisions
  • Create and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing support throughout the development process
  • Take an active role in defining and shaping the company's overall design strategy and vision

Requirements

  • A degree in UX design, HCI, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing

Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000

What does the interview process look like?

The process depends on the role. For all positions, we’ll start with an introduction call with our Talent team.

From there, the interview process will vary by role. We typically do a longer call with one of our team members who can appropriately vet your skills & "speak your language" - on the engineering side, this might mean some technical questions, while on the sales side, we’ll ask you to build a quick presentation about yourself.

Finally, we’ll check over a few references. If you’re near one of our offices, we may give you the opportunity to meet in person.🚀
