About the team

You will be the second designer on the Design team. At Connectly, we believe design is not a luxury but a necessity—good design works, and with the rise of AI, we need it more than ever. Designing for AI presents unique challenges, and we are eager to explore its full potential. Our goal is to make AI accessible and easy to use for everyday people, and your role will be instrumental in achieving this vision. CEO Stefanos was the global Head of Messenger at Facebook. CTO Yandong was CTO of Strava. Other founding members have experience working for Google, Facebook, Uber and other startups.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a creative & driven product designer to add to our team on a full-time and remote basis. This role encompasses two key areas. You'll contribute to the product side by assisting the team in designing and shipping products that customers love (50%), while also assisting on visual communication to help establish our brand's foundations (50%). As part of a small team, your ability to seamlessly navigate and balance these dual responsibilities will be crucial.

Things you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong english communication skills to present and articulate design concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Find ways to improve Connectly's experience and address customer problems
  • Designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
  • Leveraging and contributing to Design System
  • Distill complex concepts into beautiful, compelling and easy-to-understand visuals
  • Designing for various interfaces and collateral, including our website, social posts, presentations and more
  • Bonus: Prior knowledge of working with Hubspot and Webflow, experience designing SaaS products

What you already bring to the table

  • Confident with the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations
  • Has worked with Design Systems in the past
  • Great visual/UI chopsA solid foundation in typography, layout and design
  • Has worked with creating visual assets for multiple mediums
  • Has a solid portfolio of case studies

What will make you excel at this job

  • Prior hands on startup experience
  • Comfort with early stage and scrappiness
  • Operates and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, adapting their design approach to execute better on team’s initiatives
  • Most of our customers are in LATAM and Brazil, so speaking either Spanish or Portuguese will make your life a lot easier
