About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Designer with outstanding skills in wireframing, UI design, website design, branding and typography. This person will work in our Growth design studio, creating website feature pages, landing pages, social media posts, blog posts, community graphics, presentations, ads and templates across our brand.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Figma, highly creative, work well autonomously, and be highly motivated to produce well crafted design.

What you'll be doing

  • Create website feature pages, landing pages, social media posts, ads, blog posts, presentations, emails and templates across our brand.
  • Create visually appealing and effective UI designs, wireframes, and design systems for various digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the Growth team to understand project requirements and come up with creative design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines. Keep up to date with the latest design trends and best practices.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Strong alignment with our values. Find our values on our career page if you haven’t read up on them yet.
  • You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5.
  • 2+ years doing in-house design in a similar role or capacity.
  • Excellent design skills with wireframes, UI, typography, and design systems.
  • Highly creative and able to work well in an autonomous environment.
  • Highly motivated to produce beautiful design.
  • Fluent in Figma.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus points

  • You’ve worked at a startup in a similar growth stage as Circle.
  • Knowledge of animation and/or Canva is a plus.

$60,000 - $80,000 a year

Cash compensation is a starting point, and we want all of our team members to be able to grow in their roles. In addition to equity, benefits and perks, our cash compensation is subject to an annual review and increase on a once per year basis on the hire date anniversary.
