Who we are

Leen has built a unified API for security that is used to power security integrations for prominent security products like Drata, Thoropass, Scytale, Cowbell, and many more. We are now on a mission to build the dev tools suite of choice for security engineers and are looking for an ambitious product design contractor to help us realize it. We’re a small but might team based in the US and India and are backed by some of the top investors in security including 11.2 Capital, Preface Ventures, Inner Loop Capital, and the CISOs of DataDog, Atlassian, and Chime.

Role Overview:

As the Founding Product Designer at Leen, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our enterprise products. This is a unique opportunity to drive product vision, strategy, and execution from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with our founders, engineering, and early customers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of security engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vision & Strategy: Work closely with Leen’s founders to set the vision and strategy for the company’s enterprise products
• Design Ownership: Own end-to-end product design for complex technical products and audiences
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the founders and engineering to build prototypes, execute POCs, and deliver production features
• Customer Research: Join Leen’s founders on customer interviews to develop a deep understanding of security engineering teams’ workflows and requirements
• Design Standards: You’ll help set the standard for what great design in dev tools looks like and build a foundation for future design hires at Leen

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a product designer
• Experience building successful 0-1 products
• Experience working on cybersecurity, dev tools, or other complex B2B products
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Startup experience is a plus
