As the Senior Manager of Product Design at ZayZoon, youll guide and grow our Product Design team while staying hands-on in the work that matters most - building intuitive, human-centered experiences that help people access their pay with confidence. Youll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Product Marketing to own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to polished UI, while establishing scalable systems and workflows that help us move fast and thoughtfully. This role blends strong people leadership with deep craft, championing user empathy, experimentation, and continuous improvement as we scale products that make a real impact in peoples lives.
