KFC US is accelerating an end‑to‑end experience transformation across guest channels (app, web, delivery, kiosks) and team member tools (POS, KDS, Orbit restaurant platform). We need a senior UX leader to raise the bar on interaction design and research, unify journeys across channels and stores, and turn insights into delightful, high‑performing digital and in‑restaurant experiences. This role partners tightly with Product, Engineering, Restaurant Operations, Marketing/Brand, and Franchisees to drive both conversion and crew efficiency at scale.
