As a UX Lead at WongDoody, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class user experiences as part of a complex, business critical programme for one of our key strategic accounts. This is a scaled programme of work with a strong focus on design and build.
You’ll be a key point of contact between the client, our design team and our delivery team. You’ll build and nurture relationships with a globally distributed set of different stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate these into briefs for the team, executing these with the team reporting into you and/or working alongside you.
Your role will be to support the Design team and the PM as we navigate the complexities of digital transformation at scale. You’ll do this with skill, diplomacy and enthusiasm, bringing clarity to our internal teams, and also to our clients.
This role requires someone who has experience of leading the UX and design of on web design and build projects using Adobe Experience manager (AEM). This is a key skill that we’re looking for, as we need a person who can guide the team regarding the CMS capabilities and advise the client in their planning and execution of the necessary design work.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong experience in delivering projects with a multi-matrix approach to both technical and business go live. We are looking for an outstanding UX Lead who thrives on solving complex challenges and is energised by creating products that make life simply better.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, leading workshops or interviews with our senior clients to help them understand their businesses and customers more deeply and to drive innovation.
