Were looking for a Senior Product Designer who shares our commitment to quality, has a high visual bar, and can turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences.
As a Product Designer, you will:
- Drive design decisions as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine-tune the product.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements, design system evolution, and new features.
- Write clear, concise UX copy tailored to context and audience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer owning end-to-end design for digital, user-facing products.
- Exceptional visual craft with a strong attention to detail and polish.
- Experience crafting well-balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural.
- Ability to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product.
- Technical confidence: able to understand engineering constraints and design within them.
- Proactive in identifying, defining, and prioritising UX opportunities, using data and insight to drive decisions.
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to iterate quickly.

This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
