Your Role at a Glance

We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to help shape the future of our design practice and product experience. You will work across teams and disciplines to deliver exceptionally crafted, system-driven, and user-centered solutions.

In this role, you will not simply design features. You will define what great design means at scale, set quality benchmarks, and influence product direction. You are expected to operate with high agency, take initiative, and move work forward.

We value designers who are curious, thoughtful in their approach, and passionate about the craft of building consistent, useful, and elegant product experiences. If you thrive in environments where autonomy, clarity, and collaboration matter, this role is for you.

The key ways you'll bring value to the team

  • Define the UX quality bar and drive alignment across designers and teams around what quality looks like
  • Lead the evolution of our design system as a foundation for scaling with consistency and care
  • Collaborate deeply with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, coherent experiences across complex problem spaces
  • Deliver end-to-end design solutions, from early discovery and systems mapping to final visual details and polish
  • Elevate the overall quality of design by mentoring others, offering clear feedback, and setting a high standard through your own work
  • Contribute to product strategy by connecting user needs with technical and business realities

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 10 or more years of experience designing digital products, ideally in fast-moving environments
  • A portfolio that reflects systems thinking, product sense, and a high level of visual and interaction craft
  • Proven experience leading and maintaining robust design systems, including documentation and cross-functional governance
  • A high sense of ownership and the ability to work independently while influencing those around you
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically across multiple product areas
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to various partners
  • A team-oriented mindset. You value collaboration, seek feedback regularly, and help foster shared ownership across teams

What to Expect After You Apply

You can expect to hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon. If we believe you're a good fit, the first step will be a conversation with a recruiter who will guide you through the next stages of the process. The full interview process, which includes meeting the Hiring Manager and completing a case study or interview loop, typically takes approximately four to six weeks.
