We work closely with business, product, engineering, and data science partners to move quickly from vision to reality. Were looking for a creative, talented Principal UX Designer who can coalesce complex systems—LLMs, agents, APIs, and human workflows—into intuitive, human-centered experiences, while also raising the bar for craft, strategy, and design culture across the organization.
This opportunity is in Sunnyvale or San Bruno, California where we are expanding our design community focused on eCommerce and AI Shopping.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelors degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
