Product Designer
We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Tech team. The Tech team gives the whole business the functionality we need to excel. With a wealth of expertise in design and development, we find solutions and anticipate the needs of our rapidly scaling business. What you'll need:
- Recent experience in product, UX/UI design within a tech or digital product team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and polished UI design across responsive platforms (please share this with us).
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and agile delivery practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Eagerness to develop deeper skills in user research, insight generation, and testing.
- A proactive attitude, open mindset, and love for solving complex problems simply.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days office based per week. Our office is in Bourne End (Buckinghamshire, SL8 5YS).
What you'll do:
- Design intuitive, user-focused experiences across web, app and internal tools.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear, thoughtful design outcomes.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate design intent.
- Participate in design critiques, sharing and receiving feedback constructively.
- Support ongoing usability improvements through testing and iteration.
- Balance speed and quality to deliver effectively in an agile, fast-moving environment.
- Advocate for design thinking and user-centred principles within the team.
- Continuously seek opportunities to grow your skills and shape our design culture.
