UX Design Intern
What youll do
Work on projects that impact the business and contribute to Transcarents mission of better health and care, specifically in the growth and engagement space.
Learn how to use a design system to design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts for our cloud-based applications.
Gain exposure to collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to create delightful, effortless experiences for our users.
Be exposed to how our Product, Design, and Engineering Team operates.
Youll have a formal mentor on your team guiding you throughout your internship period.
What were looking for
Our Ideal Candidate...
Is a self-starter and is skilled in identifying issues and developing solutions.
Proficiency in Figma and Figjam.
Communication skills presenting designs and articulating design decisions.
Proficiency in prototyping.
Has a passion for healthcare and is inquisitive about the various ways we can improve the delivery of health and care.
Is able to dedicate 40 hours a week for a duration of 12 weeks.

Total Rewards
Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidates skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
Salary is just one component of Transcarents total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
