As a Senior Product Designer - Software Platform

You will play a critical role in shaping the foundational experiences that power the Tive platform. Youll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to solve complex workflow, data, and platform challenges that impact customers at scale. Youll lead product design from discovery to delivery, contributing to customer-facing product experiences, mobile applications, and the design systems that power them.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 5–8+ years of product design experience working on complex digital products
• Experience designing and delivering products in B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or data-rich platforms
• Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals, including information architecture, workflows, and hierarchy
• Proven ability to independently own design problems while collaborating closely with product and engineering partners
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs
• Experience conducting or leading user research and synthesizing insights into product decisions
• Experience as a critical voice in design reviews, product reviews, and cross-functional critiques

Nice-to-have:

• Experience designing for native mobile and responsive web applications
• Background evolving a design system (components, patterns, and usage guidelines)
• Familiarity working in platform or systems-oriented product environments
• Experience iterating on shipped products using customer feedback and product data

What youll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, from early discovery through final implementation
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive experiences
• Design and optimize workflows for data-heavy use cases such as alerts, timelines, dashboards, automations, and configuration flows
• Drive effective design decisions using sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Partner closely with Product Managers to shape problem definitions, scope, and timelines
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, accessible, and production-ready
• Contribute to Tives design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform
• Apply systems thinking to balance immediate product needs with long-term platform improvements
• Define opportunities and solutions for critical features across web and mobile platforms

This role is available to candidates located within the CET time zone. Hybrid work is available for candidates near the Kosovo or Norway offices; fully remote options are also supported.
