We are seeking an exceptional Product Design Manager to fill a leadership role in our Ad Platforms team. As a key member of a growing design team driving high-priority initiatives, this person will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of Disneys thriving streaming business. In addition to supporting a team of product designers, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to shape strategy, define the roadmap, and uplevel UX. This person will play a key part in shaping, leading and supporting the design team that is evolving and growing Disneys advertising platform. Key initial areas of focus include campaign planning and creation, audience targeting and optimization, and growth of our self-service tooling functionality. The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $170,500 to $228,600 per year and in New York, NY is $163,100 to $208,700 and in Los Angeles, CA is $155,700 to $208,700. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
