The News Products team collaborates with our newsroom to build new features that amplify the reach of our journalism. We are looking for a Product Designer to contribute across a variety of editorially grounded projects and initiatives. You will partner with product managers, editors, engineers, researchers, and data scientists in a news-driven environment. You will advance our product experience and potentially support iOS, Android, and web projects. This is an individual contributor role. At The Times, Product Designers are not only focused on working with cross-functional teams, they also sharpen their design skills together with more experienced designers. Product Designers execute the design of features in support of team and company goals and see them through a release cycle. They are a trusted team contributor. This is a hybrid position based in New York.
