Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the next evolution of a Rewards mobile app, a key platform within its pediatric nutrition business. This role will drive Phase 2 transformation, shifting the app from a foundational launch into a best-in-class loyalty, engagement, and eCommerce experience. You will operate as the Senior designer and strategic partner, working closely with business stakeholders and product teams to define product direction, lead workshops, and bring clarity to highly ambiguous requirements.
This is a Senior, strategy-heavy design role. You will lead the end-to-end loyalty program design, translate vague business requirements into concrete product strategies, and shape the future experience of the loyalty program & eCommerce experience for consumers. This is not only a production role - it requires ownership, initiative, and strategic thinking.
