About the Role:

We’re seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join a dynamic team focused on building tools that help businesses grow their presence and connect with their communities. This role involves designing a subscription-based product that offers account verification, impersonation protection, enhanced support access, and increased visibility for businesses.

You’ll be involved in every stage of the product development process—from ideation to final polish—and will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver elegant, user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and elegant user flows and experiences
  • Translate broad concepts into valuable product features
  • Contribute to strategic product decisions alongside product and executive teams
  • Provide and receive design feedback to maintain high quality standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists throughout the product lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product design
  • Proven track record as a trusted design leader within product teams
  • Strong storytelling skills to communicate design decisions and inspire alignment
  • Systems thinking to create scalable design patterns and holistic solutions
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to shape both short- and long-term product direction
  • High visual design craft and familiarity with design systems
  • Passion and empathy for designing with the end user in mind
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in front-end programming
  • Demonstrated success in building and shipping applications or software
  • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (UX and UI)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
