The pay range is $128,000.00 - $231,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. As a Lead UX Designer for Roundel in our Guest UX (GUX) team, you are at the forefront of Targets evolving digital and ad tech experience—shaping the AI-powered campaign workflows our partners and team members use to create, manage, and measure media experiences powered by Roundel. From deepening relationships through personalized shopping experiences to evolving advertising and monetization, Guest UX plays a critical role in delivering value and driving business growth for our partners and with our guests. As a Lead UX Designer, youll help define experience strategy, drive complex initiatives forward, and ensure every solution delivers both for the guest and the business. Youll collaborate deeply across product, engineering, and marketing partners, while mentoring other designers and advocating for best-in-class user-centered design.
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location thats not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location, and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
