As a Staff Product Designer focused on enterprise experiences within Go, you will shape how proactive agent capabilities scale across entire organizations. This is where design has outsized impact. When enterprise teams can confidently deploy Go, adoption compounds quickly across hundreds or thousands of users. Your role is to make that possible by designing experiences that help organizations introduce, control, and evolve powerful agent behavior in a way that feels clear, intentional, and trustworthy from day one. You will focus on turning complexity into confidence, ensuring that Go remains easy to understand and valuable to use even as it scales across enterprise environments. This role places a strong emphasis on design craft, with high expectations for thoughtful interaction design, visual clarity, and polished execution that make advanced AI behavior feel approachable and human.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1.” Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
Zone 1: $232,000- $319,000/year (USD)
