StubHub is seeking a Director of Design to define and lead the next era of our global customer experience. This leader will set the vision, strategy, and execution for design across all aspects of our consumer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the energy and emotion of live events. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product designers, content designers, and brand creatives to build a unified design system and elevate the craft across every touchpoint. Partnering with product, engineering, and marketing leadership, you will translate business goals into world-class experiences that inspire loyalty and set new standards for usability and delight.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and impact. You will build and scale design systems that drive consistency and speed, mentor and grow top design talent, and champion a culture of excellence rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and accountability. The ideal candidate has deep experience leading design in a consumer technology or marketplace environment and a proven ability to connect user insights to measurable business outcomes. You will help shape StubHub’s brand identity, ensuring our visual and experiential language captures the excitement of live events while delivering clarity, confidence, and joy to every fan.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
