Senior Product Designer - Prague/ London

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand looks and feels as we move from startup to scale-up. What You'll Do

• Lead UX/UI design for our e‑commerce site and our new digital product
• Identify user needs through research, usability testing, feedback loops, and analytics
• Produce wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and prototypes
• Ensure designs are pixel‑perfect, consistent with brand aesthetics
• Develop standout visuals and concepts for major product launches and brand campaigns across web, digital, OOH, TV, and other marketing channels
• Create polished B2B decks, pitch presentations, and internal slides that align with brand and business goals
• Mentor junior designers, contribute to design processes and tools
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years in product, UX, UI design - agency e‑commerce experience a strong plus
• Proven proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
• Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, accessibility, responsive design
• Solid visual design sense: typography, grid systems, brand integration
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for design solutions
