We are seeking a skilled, user-centric UX / UI Designer

to join our Global eCommerce team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the user experience of our enterprise-grade SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for complex B2B and B2C commerce environments, with strong proficiency in designing within SAP tools such as SmartEdit, Backoffice, and headless front-end frameworks like Spartacus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, task analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Design thinking and visual envisioning
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, user-friendly design solutions
  • Design and prototype responsive user interfaces for SAP Commerce Cloud modules (SmartEdit, Spartacus, Backoffice)
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility within a headless OCC API-based architecture
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications
  • Establish reusable UI components and design systems aligned with enterprise brand and platform standards
  • Support digital personalization and customer experience initiatives (e.g., SAP CDC integrations)
  • Organize and maintain scalable information architecture for commerce workflows
  • Present design rationale and research findings to stakeholders using structured storytelling and visual communication methods
  • Partner with product teams to conduct A/B testing and optimize user experience based on data and performance metrics

The base pay range for this position is:

Min $89,220 - Max $133,840
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance. The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time.
