The Sr. Associate, User Experience Design is responsible for working with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to lead and deliver great user-centered digital experiences to our customers. The Lead UX Designer will lead, contribute to, drive, and deliver on the strategy and execution of the user experience within our Digital Sales, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking experiences owned by the Digital Team. The Lead UX Designer will lead and deliver work on items from early stage design (workshops, interviews, wireframing, design strategy) to later stage design (high fidelity visual design, design to development handoffs, UAT, etc.)

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
