Maintain rigorous design quality standards, creating clear documentation, accessibility guidelines, and hand-off workflows that support engineering excellence. Drive continuous improvement of our design tools, practices, and workflows.
Mentor and guide designers, providing feedback, fostering growth, and nurturing a culture of creativity, curiosity, and accountability. Contribute to hiring and onboarding, helping build a high-performing, values-driven design team. Promote an iterative, test-and-learn mindset across design, product, and engineering partners.
Lead or partner on user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities. Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into design principles and solutions that improve usability and satisfaction. Advocate for the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle.
Work closely with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to align on goals, requirements, and timelines. Present design strategy and work at multiple levels of the organization—from teammates to executives—with confidence and clarity.
