Senior User Experience Designer

You’re a seasoned Experience Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. You know how to translate complex product requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions. You’re passionate about building intuitive, inclusive, and impactful experiences, and you bring both a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to design. You’re equally comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting to senior stakeholders, and contributing to scalable design systems.

What You’ll Do

Lead collaborative efforts to define and frame complex product concepts, generating compelling solutions that advance product direction.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement high-value improvements based on customer and market insights.
Translate business and technical requirements into thoughtful design strategies and deliverables.
Design user interactions that optimize engagement, product performance, and business impact.
Analyze and synthesize research and testing findings to inform design decisions and uncover new opportunities.
Contribute to and evolve design systems, creating scalable components that drive consistency across touchpoints.
Promote accessibility and inclusivity in all design solutions.
Stay current with design trends and tools to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Champion simple, elegant, and trustworthy experiences while holding the team to a high-quality bar.
Communicate design concepts and decisions through storytelling and visual narratives to influence and align stakeholders.

What You Bring

Degree in User Experience Design or a related design field, or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years of professional experience in user experience design or a related discipline.
Proven ability to translate product requirements into effective design strategies and solutions.
Experience partnering with UX researchers and applying insights to drive design decisions.
Strong skills in customer journey mapping, personas, and user stories.
Proficiency in crafting design deliverables across fidelities (wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
Hands-on experience with design systems and shared component libraries.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research.
Ability to work through ambiguity and bring clarity to complex challenges.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
A portfolio showcasing design work across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch.
