As a Lead UX Designer, you’ll guide the design of critical consumer experiences across our digital portfolio, focused particularly on our flagship consumer-facing app myAir. You’ll be a connector—bringing product, engineering, and design disciplines together around a shared vision of what’s possible.
You’ll shape strategies, design journeys, and facilitate workshops that uncover opportunities for innovation. You’ll also mentor designers, champion design across the business, and ensure our solutions balance usability, delight, and technical feasibility. This role is perfect for a designer who is passionate about solving complex problems, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and wants their work to directly improve lives at scale.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $171,000 - $257,000.
