THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

Reece USA is looking for an entry-level UX Designer to join the UX branch of our Digital Solutions team in Dallas. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their design skills while contributing to impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver user-friendly experiences.
  • Support usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and accessible.

Key COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • 0–2 years of UX design experience (internships, academic projects, or portfolio work considered).
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing your UX design work.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Equivalent Experience: In lieu of a degree, candidates may qualify with relevant project or work experience (e.g., UX/UI bootcamp, internships, portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
