Senior Digital Product Designer

As a Senior Digital Designer, youll be the master architect of our visual universe. This isnt your average design gig; its a quest to bridge the gap between "functional" and "unforgettable." Youll take full ownership of our most critical design systems and user journeys, putting your personal stamp on every pixel. Your mission? To ensure our digital products arent just easy to use, but genuinely delightful for our clients and partners, making sure theyre not just functional, but genuinely delightful for our clients & advisors. The Senior Digital Designer leads the creative development of digital projects from concept to final delivery. They are responsible for elevating the brands digital presence, ensuring visual consistency across touchpoints, and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of innovation.

What will you do?

  • Creative Direction & Execution: Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity designs for responsive websites, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Design Systems Management: Maintain and evolve cohesive design systems and style guides to ensure scalable and consistent branding across platforms.
  • User-Centric Design: Develop intuitive user interfaces (UI) and interactive prototypes that prioritize accessibility (WCAG) and seamless user journeys.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee the work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guiding their professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate strategic goals into effective design solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present design concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders, navigating feedback and conflicting priorities with professional authority.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Must-Have
    • Experience: Typically professional digital design experience, ideally within a creative agency or fast-paced tech environment.
    • Software Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate developer handoffs.
    • AI Literacy: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for concept generation, layout experimentation, and workflow automation.
    • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Nice-to-Have
    • Code-Adjacent Sorcery: While you wont be expected to build the castle, a technical understanding of CSS, HTML, and React is a huge plus. Knowing how your "web enchantments" are actually rendered helps you speak the same language as our engineering wizards and ensures your designs are as feasible as they are beautiful.
    • Strategic Alchemy (Product Thinking): A strong appreciation for the "Why" behind the "How." We love a designer who can look past the pixels to understand market dynamics and user needs, ensuring every creative choice aligns with our grander product strategy.
    • Experimental Conjuring (A/B Testing): Experience in setting up and analyzing design experiments or A/B tests. You dont just rely on gut feelings; you use data-driven insights to refine your designs and prove that your visual solutions actually move the needle.
    • Motion & Interaction Mastery: A knack for motion graphics or micro-interactions (think Lottie or After Effects). Adding that extra layer of "life" to a prototype is what turns a good user journey into a truly delightful one.
