The Lead Digital Product Designer provides advanced domain knowledge, strategic advice and expertise to senior stakeholders and design peers on the use of user interface patterns and behaviours in digital experiences. The role leads complex projects, managing design and delivery of visual and interactive artifacts to define interactions with RBC Wealth Management’s products and services.
As a senior individual contributor on the Design team, you have domain fluency and provide technical and market guidance to others while making decisions about complex, ambiguous problems impacting product and business outcomes. You use your advanced knowledge of user and business needs to define metrics and test outcomes. Collaboratively planning projects, you have a significant influence on product and business strategy, identifying business opportunities and assigning tasks to others while working independently.
