UX Designer
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative team member to support global digital initiatives in areas such as revenue management, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. This position is based in Purchase, NY; Chicago, IL; or Plano, TX. You will be part of a growing interdisciplinary team focused on data and service design, transforming inputs into actionable strategies and user-centered solutions. You’ll work closely with designers, process owners, product managers, and end users, and serve as an internal ambassador for design thinking and digital innovation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the full design process of digital products and services—from research and ideation through to prototyping, testing, and validation
- Plan and conduct primary and secondary user research; synthesize findings into insights, problem reframing, and strategic recommendations
- Apply human-centered design and service design thinking to produce low- and high-fidelity deliverables
- Co-plan and facilitate internal and external workshops to solve complex business problems
- Deliver project materials such as UI prototypes, project plans, research guides, insight reports, and client-ready presentations
- Coordinate efforts with cross-functional digital, business, and IT teams
- Engage stakeholders throughout the design and development process, including knowledge transfer and training
- Use research findings to influence product development and strategy
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected salary range: $76,900 – $128,700 (based on experience, education, and location)
- Performance-based bonus target: 5% of annual salary
- Paid time off includes vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and bereavement leave (subject to eligibility)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products and services as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong knowledge of UX and service design methodologies, including: process mapping, journey mapping, story mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and user research platforms
- Experience building and maintaining a design system
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe frameworks; experience using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
- Proven ability to define project vision, drive execution, and ensure design quality
- Skilled in planning and facilitating user research and usability testing
- Strong advocate for user-centric design approaches
- Experience designing responsive, mobile-first digital products (both native and hybrid)
- Workshop planning and facilitation experience
