What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end product design for complex AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile.
- Partner closely with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch.
- Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences.
- Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery predictability.
- Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for
- 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products (SaaS, AI, or platforms).
- Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- Hands-on experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive user experiences.
- Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor.
