As a Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the user experience of Perchwell’s platform across mobile and web. You will contribute to the evolution of our design system and user interfaces while exemplifying product design excellence and cross-functional collaboration. You have strong experience designing thoughtful, intuitive user interfaces—especially in mobile environments—and understand how to balance user needs with technical constraints. You’re rigorous in your craft, clear in your communication, and hold yourself and others to a high standard of usability and polish. You enjoy untangling complexity and turning it into simple, elegant native mobile applications that empower users. You will work closely with our Design lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to move high-impact projects forward. You will also partner with our growing design team to improve design processes, shape our internal design language, and contribute to a culture of design quality and innovation. We’re building tools that real estate professionals rely on every day to run their business––craftsmanship, intent, and customer-focus are our north stars.
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience. The base compensation range for this position is expected to be between $110,000-$140,000/year + equity + benefits.
