Responsible for leading the plan, design, and development activities to create the user experience for devices, tools, and systems. Responsible for establishing interactive conventions, assisting in gathering user requirements, mocking up user experiences, participating in trade-off discussions with development teams and subject matter experts, analyzing tool sets, creating screen mock-ups, and helping customers to imagine new kinds of interactive techniques and technologies. Applies visualization and screen design expertise to create a successful user experience.

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
