Product Designer (UX/UI) – Remote

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Designer to create intuitive, modern, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile products. This role combines:

What You’ll Work On

UX Research & Product Discovery

Conduct:

  • User interviews
  • Usability testing
  • Surveys

Create:

  • User flows
  • Personas
  • Journey maps

Use tools like:

  • Mixpanel
  • Amplitude
  • Hotjar

Wireframes & Prototypes

Design and prototype experiences using:

  • Figma
  • Adobe XD
  • Sketch

Translate ideas into:

  • Wireframes
  • Clickable prototypes
  • Responsive layouts

UI Design & Design Systems

Design polished web and mobile interfaces. Create reusable:

  • Components
  • Typography systems
  • Color systems

Maintain scalable design systems for consistency.

Accessibility & Usability

Design with usability and accessibility in mind. Follow WCAG standards. Ensure responsive experiences across devices.

Collaboration & Product Handoff

Work closely with:

  • Product Managers
  • Developers
  • Stakeholders

Support handoffs using:

  • Figma Dev Mode
  • Zeplin
  • InVision

Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing:
    • UX thinking
    • UI craftsmanship

Core Skills

Experience with:

  • User flows
  • Prototypes
  • Responsive design

Strong understanding of:

  • UX principles
  • Usability
  • Accessibility

Nice to Have

Experience designing:

  • SaaS platforms
  • Consumer applications
  • Enterprise software

Understanding of:

  • HTML/CSS fundamentals
  • Analytics and A/B testing
  • Experience scaling design systems

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Research user behavior and feedback
  • Design wireframes and prototypes
