Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a talented and creative User Experience (UX) Engineer to support the development of multiple cloud-based capabilities. This role is essential in ensuring a consistent and cohesive user interface (UI) theme and style across various development teams, providing a holistic and seamless user experience.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms and applications.
- Requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
- Minimum three years of experience in UX design and engineering, along with a bachelors degree in a related field.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design standards are met.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces are essential.

Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range:
$86,700.00 - $151,700.00
