Paradigm Information Services are hiring a
Product Designer
This is a remote position. Paradigm is looking for a Product Designer to join our client's team for a 6–8 week engagement to support the design of our course authoring tool. You’ll primarily focus on executing design tasks while contributing input on direction alongside their product and design team.

As a Product Designer you will:
- Create and refine designs in Figma, with strong use of design systems and components
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers in an agile environment
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and data into design decisions
- Present and explain your work clearly to cross-functional partners
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Intermediate Figma skills with solid experience in design systems and components
- Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- General understanding of AI concepts and how they inform modern product design
- Experience incorporating feedback and data into design decisions
- Familiarity with tools like Miro and Jira
