Simple is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Innovation team. Your work will shape a completely new engaging experience inside the product that aims for a step-change in user retention. This is not an iteration role - you will be working on bold, breakthrough ideas that redefine how people build healthy habits.

As part of a small, highly talented and ambitious cross-functional team, you will have the freedom to experiment, move fast, and see the impact of your work almost immediately. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and iterate on new engaging product experiences that drive meaningful behaviour change and boost retention.
  • Work end to end – from deep problem framing and rapid ideation to polished execution and in-product experiments.
  • Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, Data, and Science to bring breakthrough concepts to life.
  • Use AI and gamification principles as core design tools to craft delightful and motivating user journeys.
  • Prototype fast, test often, and apply insights to refine concepts and scale what works.
  • Contribute to evolving design practices inside the Innovation team and help keep quality consistently high.
  • Leverage the design system, improve it when needed, and push for clarity and coherence in the experience.
  • Bring strong critical thinking, user understanding, and market awareness to guide bold product decisions.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong candidate has 5+ years of experience working on world-class B2C product.
  • Experience with Health & Fitness apps is a nice plus.
  • Proficient in leveraging UX research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Strong skills in modern mobile product design, with a focus on AI integration and gamification.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement.
  • Ability to generate, defend, and present original hypotheses and design solutions with confidence.
